Review of the Research on Ethnic Sports Tourism in China

Ethnic sports culture is an important part of ethnic culture. The development tourism conducive to the intergenerational transmission and enhancement “cultural confidence”, as well utilisation resources. Based on analysis literature in China, this paper first reviews historical course research, which can be divided into three stages: exploration, improvement. Provincial research locations are analysed at different stages. Secondly, main content summarised under five headings: definition, resource evaluation, utilisation, brand building marketing management. methods used then analysed. Finally, order provide a reference for in-depth study future, makes four recommendations. These include introducing pluralistic theory, focusing stakeholders subject improving quantitative evaluation resources, exploring impact tourism.
